Cancellation and refunds
Know the boundary before you subscribe.
This policy explains how trials, subscription cancellation, and refund requests work alongside Paddle's checkout terms and your mandatory consumer rights.
Canceling the trial
The trial requires a payment method, lasts seven days, and includes up to 10 AI credits. Using all 10 credits early pauses AI access but does not cancel the scheduled conversion. Cancel through the billing portal before the trial ends to prevent conversion to the selected paid plan.
Canceling a paid subscription
You may cancel renewal from the account billing portal. Unless a refund is required by law or separately approved, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until then.
Refund requests
Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record and processes eligible refunds. Submit a billing or refund request through Paddle Order Support or email support.meaningsawake@gmail.com with the account email and a description of the charge. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials.
Mandatory refund and withdrawal rights apply regardless of this policy. Where Brazilian consumer law applies, its statutory right of withdrawal for qualifying distance contracts remains available under the conditions and period established by law. The seven-day product trial is a separate benefit and does not reduce mandatory rights. Outside mandatory rights, refund requests are considered based on the circumstances and the Paddle Refund Policy.
Service failures and duplicate charges
Customers should report duplicate charges, unauthorized billing, or a material inability to use the paid service. Verified billing errors will be corrected, and refund requests for material service failures will be assessed fairly together with Paddle and any rights provided by law.
